Created by a pastry chef from Mandarin Oriental, the ‘Golden Star’ and ‘Black Star’ are star-shaped mille-feuille tarts. The ‘Golden Star’ features a French custard, while the ‘Black Star’ incorporates charcoal. Both pastries are crafted with French butter and expertly layered for a distinctive, crispy texture.
Once found only in old-style bakeries, this classic treat is now making waves in the city. We offer the traditional flavor along with innovative options like pineapple, pistachio, purple sweet potato, bacon, and strawberry, blending old and new.
Danish pastries may seem old-fashioned, but modern versions blend Danish pastry with cream puff. These bursting pastries come in pistachio, black sesame, tiramisu, and yuzu flavors, with a sweet, silky filling that creates a crispy, velvety texture in every bite.
